Three Rivers Hospital is a public Critical Access Hospital. In accordance with the Washington State Public Records Act (RCW 42.56), we welcome public records requests. Please review the information below if you wish to submit a request to our Public Records Officer.

Cost for Public Records Copies
No fee shall be charged for the in-person inspection of Public Records at Three Rivers Hospital, or for accessing public records that are routinely posted on the District’s websites.
For records not containing Health Care Information, the District will charge one or more of the following charges:

- Fifteen cents per page for photocopies of paper records, or printed copies of electronic records;
- Ten cents per page for electronic copies of scanned paper records;
- Five cents per each four electronic files or attachments loaded and delivered on digital storage media;
- Ten cents per gigabyte for files and attachments loaded and delivered on a digital storage media; and
- The actual cost of digital storage media or devices, any container or envelope used to mail copies, and postage or delivery charges.
Before copying any record, the District may charge a deposit up to 10% of the estimated costs.
If an installment is not claimed and paid for within thirty (30) days, the District is not obligated to fulfill the balance of the Records Request.

Helpful Information to Include in a Written Request
- Your name and mailing address;
- The date of the request;
- A detailed description of the public record(s) being requested;
- Whether you want copies, or want to inspect the requested records in person at the hospital;
- The address where copies are to be sent (if copies are requested); and
- A statement regarding whether the records are being requested for a commercial purpose.
You will receive a response from Three Rivers within five (5) business days.
