Every year, May 6-12 is National Nurses Week! It ends with International Nurses' Day, designated in honor of Florence Nightingale.Nursing is the largest department at Three Rivers, and for good reason! To be open round the clock and taking care of people, the hospital needs nurses on duty at all times. Our nurses work in the ER, Med-Surg (Acute Care), Employee Health, Discharge Planning, Informatics/IT, Surgery, and our family practice & specialty clinic, Three Rivers Family Medicine. Their compassion, expertise, and resilience makes them truly remarkable. They navigate complex situations with grace, offering comfort and support to patients and families during difficult times.Their commitment to improving lives makes our nurses undeniably awesome!
